I had teeth discolouration due to the side effect taken too strong antibiotic when i was small. I wish to have white teeth like anybody else. Please advise.

What is the advantage of using Britesmile or teeth whitening system for that matter, as compare to Porcelain veneers?

The procedure from the time you sit on the dental chair till you get your whiter smile would take approximately one and a half hours.

Nothing else happens that will be detrimental to the teeth.Like I mentioned,this particular system uses 15% hydrogen peroxide and its patented gel is buffered to an approximate neutral pH that is competible to tooth enamel.In fact there are lots of studies done on the safety aspect of the Britesmile system.If you are interested,you can go to http://www.britesmilewhitening.com/professionals/osl_flash.html to read the articles published.
I cannot speak for other whitening systems because,firstly I am not comfortable with the high percentage of peroxide in their content,and secondly I do not get enough literature to convince me of their safety.

another quick question – how does bleaching affects dental health i.e. what happen to the teeth itself apart from turning bright pearly white? thanks!
